Hi all. I need a little info on an item within the IP convenience options. There are 2 choices in the sub menu I am trying to understand. They are "universal windows open" and "universal windows close". I thought they have to do with locking or unlocking, but I cannot find any reference to this in the manual. Can someone please clarify what this does it how to work with these options?

Often the manuals we're provided have vague information.
In that case you're better off speaking with the dealer to see what exactly it means.
If you've been assigned a service advisor, aside from your salesperson, I suggest reaching out to them first.

Velar is still new to me, but on a Mercedes-Benz I had if you held the lock button on the remote, the windows all closed. Likewise, if you pressed and held unlock, they all opened. Have you figured it out for sure by now? I haven’t tried this on mine, yet.
